Directions
Moringa Nutritional Drink Recipe: Start by measuring 1 HosannaWind spoon or a regular teaspoon (approximately 2g, as shown in the product picture) of moringa powder. Add the powder to 500ml of water and shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Consume the drink throughout the day, up to 3 times daily for best results.
To enhance the benefits—such as boosting immunity, fighting cough, reducing pain, or alleviating allergies—gradually increase the amount of moringa powder as your body adjusts. For variety, you can also mix the moringa powder with soy milk, regular milk, or blend it into non-alcoholic beverage.
Tip: Always shake well before each use to ensure the powder is evenly distributed.
Take it 1 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal.
Cooking Condiment: Sprinkle a small amount directly on any food or drink; mix with salad, cheese or beverages.
