True Lavender’ is the best quality variety, native to Provence, France. True Lavender grows mainly in mountainous areas above 1,000 metres above sea level, hence the name “Alpine Lavender”, and is also known as “Narrow Leaf Lavender” because of its thin leaves and short flower spikes. The essential oil extracted from the plant contains mainly esters and has a light and delicate fragrance that is mild and non-irritating. Therefore, it is mostly used in the production of high-grade perfumes and skin care products.
True Lavender essential oil can improve insomnia and headaches, ease emotions and stabilise the nerves. The light floral aroma helps to relieve stress and relaxation, balances the central nervous system and reduces inflammation, prevents infections, balances excess sebum secretion and avoids insect bites.
DIRECTIONS

Skin care: Add a few drops to the Hosannawind Multi-Purpose Moisturising Base Cream and follow with your daily skincare routine.

For external use, add 9 drops to 30ml of Moringa Seed Oil or carrier oil and apply to the skin.

Bathing: Mix a few drops with Himalayan Rock Salt for a relaxing bath.
- Diffusion: Add a few drops to a diffuser one hour before bedtime to promote sleep.
- Skin trauma: This oil is suitable for all skin types and is very effective on burns, reducing inflammation, cooling, removing spots and speeding up wound healing. It can kill mould and is suitable for treating athlete's foot and ringworm. It is a multi-purpose trauma agent.
- Mosquito and insect wounds: Repel mosquitoes and insects, can treat mosquito bites, is a common essential oil used in mosquito repellent sprays.

Inner health: Essential oils have antibacterial properties that can improve the symptoms of colds and flu, phlegm, coughs, allergic rhinitis, and even wounds and ulcers. Antispasmodic, effective in relieving the discomfort caused by asthma. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic, effective against headache, muscle pain, menstrual pain and rheumatism caused by pain.
CAUTIONS
- Do not use until diluted.
